Paul Heitzman leaves GM position at an established iron company to pursue his dream of starting his own company; partners with Craig Meir (investor) to start up Paramount Iron, Inc.; July 1st, 1999 Paramount Iron, Inc. is incorporated in the state of Arizona

Paul Heitzman buys out Craig Meir and becomes sole owner of Paramount Iron, Inc.
2001
Paramount Iron, Inc. is awarded its first commercial project (Scott Homes-Silverbell for $157,500.00)
2002
Aggressively markets spiral staircases
2003
Expands into a larger manufacturing facility to meet the demands of upcoming commercial and residential projects; becomes Arizona's largest spiral staircase supplier; reaches sales of 1.6 million

Purchased manufacturing facility at 37 E. Victory Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040
2006
Piazza Door, LLC becomes a division of Paramount Iron, Inc.
2008
Plans submitted to the city of Phoenix for expansion of manufacturing facilities and new office building for Paramount Iron, Inc./Piazza Door LLC.

Celebrates 10 years of excellence; began selling products nationally

Became an active member in the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)

After working 9 years in the steel fabrication industry, Paul Heitzman leaves his position as General Manager of a leading Arizona steel company to start Paramount Iron, Inc. with an investment partner

Paul Heitzman buys out investors interest to become sole owner of Paramount Iron, Inc.
2003
Paramount Iron, Inc. breaks one million in annual sales for the first time and moves into a larger facility to meet the demands of upcoming projects
2004
Expands into current location in South Phoenix to accommodate increased production requirements
2005
Paramount Iron, Inc. expands its position in the Southwest to include commercial projects in California and Nevada
2006
Paramount Iron, Inc. launches an aggressive spiral staircase marketing campaign that eventually results in establishing Paramount Iron, Inc. as the largest Arizona based spiral staircase supplier
2007
Paramount Iron, Inc. launches "Piazza Door", a custom iron entry and wine room door division
2008
With 60 plus employees Paramount Iron, Inc. does $4.9 million in annual sales
2009
With the acquisition of adjoining properties, Paramount iron, Inc. begins the planning and development of additional manufacturing facilities and a three level office building. Paramount Iron, Inc. also celebrates 10 years of excellence, and begins selling products nationally
2010
Has products in more than 25 states as well as multiple locations in Canada and Mexico. Paramount Iron, Inc. also became an active member in the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)
